Bring Something Bookish to PBIAC™
PBIAC is being built around books, authors, readers, and the community that grows around them.
Alongside participating authors, the Permian Basin Indie Author Con will welcome a select group of vendors, creators, makers, and businesses whose products or services complement the reading and writing community.
Whether you create literary merchandise, art, accessories, gifts, publishing services, or something else made for people who love books, we want PBIAC to feel like a place where readers can discover more than their next favorite story.

What Kind of Vendors Are We Looking For?
PBIAC vendor spaces are intended for businesses and creators whose products or services make sense within a book convention environment.
That could include things like bookish merchandise, bookmarks, stickers, art, candles, apparel, tote bags, jewelry, literary gifts, reading accessories, author services, publishing-related businesses, and other products designed with readers and writers in mind.
We are not limiting PBIAC to one specific style or category. The main question is simple:
Would a reader or author be excited to discover your booth at a book convention?
If the answer is yes, we want to hear from you.

Why Vend at PBIAC?
PBIAC gives vendors the opportunity to place their products and services directly in front of a community built around books.
You’ll have the chance to connect with readers, authors, fellow creators, and attendees traveling to the Permian Basin from across Texas, New Mexico, surrounding states, and beyond.
Our goal is to create a vendor area that feels like part of the convention experience, not an afterthought.
Vendor Applications Are Coming Soon
We are currently finalizing the venue, date, available booth space, pricing, setup requirements, and vendor policies for PBIAC 2027.
Completing the Vendor Interest Form does not guarantee acceptance, reserve booth space, or require payment. It simply lets us know you are interested and makes sure you receive information when formal vendor applications open.
Vendor Selection
Because space will be limited, completing an interest form or later submitting an application will not automatically guarantee a vendor spot.
PBIAC may consider factors such as product fit, available space, variety among vendors, and the overall attendee experience when selecting vendors.
Traveling to PBIAC?
Once the venue is finalized, vendor information will include details about setup and breakdown times, parking, loading access, electricity, table and chair availability, hotel recommendations, and other event logistics.
Your Booth Could Be Part of the Experience.
Readers come to conventions for books, but the right vendors help make the entire day memorable.
If your business belongs in a room full of readers, writers, and stories, we’d like to hear from you.
